Simply complete our FREE Booking Form online at www.dartwoodglobal.com by clicking the “Book Now” button under “Property Sale” menu.

Once we receive your booking, we will send you an Offer Letter which will confirm your (i) Home No (ii) Home specifications (iii) Purchase Price (iv) Personal contact at our office. OFFER CONDITION: Payment of 10% deposit within one week of completing your application. Unfortunately, we are unable to hold your booking longer than one week.

Once we receive your 10% deposit, we will send you a legal Sale Agreement based on the terms and conditions of the Offer Letter for signatures by both parties. We will also provide you with the Practical Completion Date for your home – and you are well on your way to THE STRESS FREE ROUTE TO PROPERTY OWNERSHIP.

The next step is for both parties (You & Us) to start complying with the terms of the Sale Agreement. This means you honor your payments and we get on with the construction of your home. Of course you are welcomed to visit the Estate in Ghana to inspect work in progress. All visits can be arranged by contacting your Sale Consultant OR contact us at enquiries@dartwoodglobal.com. We will also continue to send you regular statements of your account with us, showing how much you have paid and what is left.

Prior to completion of your home in line with the agreed timetable, we will send you a formal letter including a “Handover Statement” with specific Move-in date. The Handover Statement highlights cummulative amount which must be achieved by the handover date to allow you take possession of your property. Handover priority will be given to buyers who are ahead of schedule with their payments. Failure to maintain your payments may result in your home handover delays.

Congratulations! Your home is now ready for occupation in line with the agreed timetable and you will be invited to collect your keys on the Handover date. Upon request, our sister company, Property Point Ghana Ltd, are able to act on your behalf at the handover ceremony and thereafter provide furniture and/or let your property for you. Once all obligations are fulfilled by you in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Sale agreement, we will immediately release to you 4No originals of the Deed to your home. After moving into your home, your personal contact will continue to liaise with you to answer any questions you may have.
